The training programs include intensive workshops and personal mentorship, offering participants deep insights into global development dynamics and practical tools for integration into international aid initiatives.
Purpose of the Training
The primary objectives of AMWAB’s training programs are:
- To equip participants with tools and professional standards necessary in the fields of Social and National Development and Humanitarian Aid, addressing current needs, gaps, and strengths.
- To provide orientation and practical exercises for individuals entering the fields of National and International Development.
- To bridge the gap between academic learning in Bangladesh and the practical demands of professional environments in national and international settings.
- To motivate youth to participate in national and international missions addressing humanitarian needs, particularly in underdeveloped areas where basic necessities are often lacking.
