AMWAB plays a key role in promoting the exchange of information and experience among its member organizations. It also builds bridges to government bodies, aid agencies, media, academics, and general citizens to ensure effective service delivery to the underprivileged and to uphold transparency.
To support its member NGOs, AMWAB identifies and connects with potential donors and partners. Over time, it has established strong relationships with organizations such as development agencies, lending authorities, Zakat Foundation of America–Bangladesh, and various government departments. Notably, AMWAB has also developed working ties with the Bangladesh Election Commission and PKSF.
