Strategically reviewing our ongoing activities, we have learned one thing that the fundamental rights like food, shelter, cloth, medicine were not ensured. These basic needs are not ensured due to lack of natural harmony. The world food crisis made livelihood more difficult for our people. The world is also facing the challenge of climate change phenomena. If we want to address the situation, we should understand causes of the causes of a problem, cause and effects of those problems. The right method of situation analysis can solve the problem easily. If we fail to analyze those problem strategically and unable to address through a strategic framework our entire activities will go in vain. Our every activity should have a means and ends point. The path of development is straight forward if we realize this development concept and studies technically.  The inclusion of modern and advance management could make our organization viable and compliant. All these things are belongs to capacity of an organization as well as capacity of a development practitioner. The organizational and individual capacity can make us socially responsible. Let us pray for a vibrant civil society, where every people live in peace, prosperity, equality, dignity, social justice and tolerance.
